Филе трески в кляре


филе трески – 150 г
яйцо – 1 штука
отруби овсяные – 20 г
соль, перец, специи – по вкусу

Способ приготовления:
Филе рыбы разделить на 2-3 части. Яйцо нужно взбить, чтобы белок и желток смешались до однородности.
Рыбу посолить, поперчить и обмакнуть в яйцо с обеих сторон. Затем треску необходимо обвалять в отрубях и выложить на предварительно застеленный фольгой противень.
Выпекать до готовности примерно 20-25 минут в разогретой до 220 С духовке.
Треску в кляре можно приготовить без добавления растительного масла, что поможет снизить общую калорийность обеда.
